A BIT ABOUT ME
My name is Shannon and I’ve been a qualified personal trainer since 2018. I completed my degree in sports, physical activity and health in 2020. For the last 6 years I have coached numerous women and men to help them reach their desired goals. Within this time I built my own gym studio which was a long term dream of mine. I truly love my job and enjoy working with every client that has came through the door. I recently began online coaching and I am excited to help as many people as I can improve their physical and mental well-being.

1 to 1 Personal Training
In a 1-1 setting, the focus is solely on you. We start by working out your goals and make a plan to suit you. 1-1 training keeps you accountable to your goals through check ins and weekly goal setting. 1-1 is suitable to all fitness levels however it is particularly helpful to total beginners. SPORTS MASSAGE
During the massage, we work to address muscle imbalances and tension caused by repetitive movements or strenuous exercise. By focusing on key muscle groups, sports massage helps to flush out lactic acid and promotes faster recovery, allowing you to get back to training more quickly.

SMALL GROUP PT
With a limited number of clients, each session focuses on your individual fitness level, whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build strength, or improve endurance. We will design workouts that challenge you while ensuring everyone stays engaged and inspired. This personalized approach allows for real-time feedback, ensuring proper form and maximizing results while being part of a collective training unit.
